and Rwanda are incredibly diverse and relatively unvisited
safari destinations. They pack a wide variety of habitats,
peoples and wildlife species within their boundaries.
They are home to the two great apes of Africa –
the highly endangered Mountain Gorilla and Chimpanzee.
They are also home to 15 other large primate species,
86 large mammal species, over 1000 species of birds
(including the enigmatic Shoebill) and hundreds of species
of smaller mammals, insects, reptiles and amphibians.

In Uganda are Lake Mburo, Mgahinga, Bwindi Impenetrable
Forest, Queen Elizabeth, Murchison Falls and Budongo
Forest, Kibale Forest, The Rwenzori Mountains, Semiliki,
Kidepo and Mt Elgon. In Rwanda are the Volcanoes, Nyungwe
and Akagera National Parks. The largest lakes in Africa,
including Lake Victoria, Lake Kivu, Lakes Edward and
George and Lake Albert, form their borders.

To View Gorillas in Uganda and Rwanda you need to purchase
the Permits in advance. In Uganda the permits are in
high demand, with only 32 tracking permits available
each day in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.
Rwanda is another alternative to tracking in Uganda.
Rwanda has five family groups which are open for
commercial tracking, with a total of 56 permits available
per day. Same booking terms applies as in Uganda.
NOTE: Gorilla permits are sold on first come
first served basis. No booking is allowed , so please
kindly confirm your safari with us as soon as possible
